Claudio Pagelli is an extremely artistic builder from Switzerland. He
builds very innovative electric guitars as well as beautiful archtops and
flat tops. His designs are one of a kind and always exciting.

I've played one flat top steel string and an archtop built by him and
both were stunning. The designs are creative and execution is very nice,
but the finish work is rough. Fit could be better in alot of areas and
appeared a little rushed in some ways, but as long as his customers are
happy...it's all good!

Sorry that I didn't see this thread earlier or I would have won my first
"Guess this builder". I've been a fan of Pagelli for fifteen years.

I spoke with him and a wood vendor from western Europe about their
shared belief in lunar cycle timing being very important in the cutting of
woods for guitar building. Maybe cryptic, but an interesting concept
nonetheless.

Thanks Hesh, for hipin' us to the work of Pagelli. It's exciting to see how
far from the Drednaught a good dose of creativity can take someone.

Wow!
Thanks Hesh for bringing this to the forum.
I did not know about Claudio Pagelli.
Good to know it can be ok to think that far outside the usual boxes.
